For parts in stock and orders placed the same working day before 17:00 EET, your order will be shipped that same day. Transit time with the standard shipping option in Europe can vary, depending on your country of destination. It can be as short as 1 working day for the Benelux or around 2 working days for France, Germany, Denmark and most of Central Europe. Count about three to four working days for all other EU countries.

Delivery outside the European Union is processed by DHL Express. Terms are DAP or DDP, which in the latter means you will have to contact us so we quote an updated total including shipping and prepaid customs and duty fees. These calculations are provided to us by DHL, depending on your invoice amount and delivery country. DHL Express transit time varies from 1 to 4 working days to destinations outside Europe.

The basic cost of shipping in the European Union is 7.50€ (VAT excluded), for ground delivery service. This cost is valid for any order amounting up to 99.00€. For orders in the E.U. exceeding 99.00€, we offer free ground shipping.

All orders in the E.U. are processed by UPS.

Moreover, some E.U. destinations like Malta or Cyprus cannot be serviced by UPS Ground. We are unfortunately obliged to ship orders to these countries from a warehouse in the United Kingdom, through DHL Express. Consequently, there are customs and VAT fees that need to be clarified with our customers for such destinations. We can either ship DAP, where the clients is responsible for VAT and customs, or DDP, where the clients pays in advance all import fees and the parcel is delivered immediately upon arrival in Malta or Cyprus. With DDP deliveries, you have to contact us in advance to calculate and quote you the extra fees, which will be sent to you for payment through an email credit/debit card payment link.

The same applies for any deliveries outside the European Union. You can choose between a DAP or DDP delivery.

We provide VAT-free invoices to any customer ordering and requesting delivery outside the EU. Moreover, we will provide VAT-free invoices for eligible EU-based companies after verification through the VIES system. All other customers are subject to 21% VAT. The VIES verification is done at checkout, where you must enter both the VAT code and your company’s name.

We will accept returns from customers who purchase as consumers inside the EU, provided that the customer returns the goods brand new, sealed in their original packaging. This must be done at the latest 14 working days after delivery of your order. The customer will be responsible for all costs and risks involving shipping the goods back to us. We will not be able to issue a refund if we notice the goods subject to the return are not brand new and sealed in their original packaging. Same conditions apply for wrongly delivered products; you must notify us of such issues at the latest 14 working days after delivery. We will assume all return costs in case of a faulty delivery.

For business clients, we will accept returns if you claim the goods are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. We will also accept returns in case the wrong product was delivered or we agree for an exchange.
