3. Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are processed only during working days in the country where our logistic operations are carried out.
• We ship to countries within the European Union (Customs Union) and other select countries listed on our website.
• Goods will be delivered by courier to the address specified in your order. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
• Commercial invoices and order tracking information are provided electronically.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Consumers can return goods within 14 working days of receiving them, provided the items are brand new in their original undamaged packaging. The customer is solely responsible for return costs and risks. Price of the item will be refunded, minus the shipping costs.
• If you claim defective goods and no other solution is found to remedy your case, we will arrange for pickup at our cost and provide a refund, credit, or replacement (at your choice), including any shipping costs.
• In the advent we deliver you the wrong product and you ask for an exchange, we will bear responsibility for all new incurring shipping costs.
• Disputes for EU customers will be handled through the European Commission platform: EU Online Dispute Resolution.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law, and any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

6. Product Liability and Returns

• Any technical issues arising after installation or usage of purchased products are to be reported for examination.
• If returned products are found not to be defective upon inspection, we reserve the right to charge for the return costs incurred.

7. Availability and Pricing

• Prices for parts not currently in stock are listed for reference purposes. Prices may vary depending on various factors, and updated prices will be communicated to clients accordingly.
• We may perform partial deliveries for orders with unavailable items, delivering the remaining items at a later date.
• All prices are in Euros. Commercial invoices will display the price in Euros (EUR) and the equivalent in Romanian Lei (RON) according to the exchange rate of the BNR (National Bank of Romania).
• Standard VAT is listed at 21%.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Businesses can return goods for exchange within 15 working days of receipt, provided items are brand new in original undamaged packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return costs and risks, including new shipping costs.

5. Invoicing and VAT

• Commercial invoices and order tracking details are provided electronically.
• The standard VAT rate is 21%.
• VAT-free invoices will be issued to qualified customers upon verifying their VAT number through the VIES system.
• All prices are in Euros. Commercial invoices will display the price in Euros (EUR) and the equivalent in Romanian Lei (RON) according to the exchange rate of the BNR (National Bank of Romania).
